  N/W Roadrunner Projects The latest train of thought is why not do a monthly newsletter on our website just to keep up to date with members projects.  I have been busy building my special from parts I’ve accumulated over the past 20+ years. Our Chairman Alex has received the Syd Plevin Trophy from the VMCC

Well done and well deserved Alex has been presented with The Syd Plevin Trophy for work done in our section. I’m sure you’ll all agreed that Alex deserves this trophy for all the work he puts into the section, even whilst recovering from a stroke. Bring & Buy sale 24th February 2020 – Funny Hat Theme

Well we did it again! We had our annual bring and buy sale at the Northwest Section and each year we have a theme to bring a bit of fun to the evening. This years theme was funny hats and we had a brilliant selection. There was bargains to be had and Gordon and myself managed to sell everything on offer. we had tools, riding gear, garden plants and all kinds of wonderous objects. Boxing day 2019 meet at Farmer’s Arms, Parbold

  There was a good turn out of about 80 odd bikes for the Boxing Day meeting at the Farmer’s Arms pub in Parbold again this year despite the cold & rain. Everyone seemed to go in to the pub for a bacon roll and a cup of tea or coffee, so the landlord must have been happy with the business he got. Awards night & hot pot supper

  Well I think everyone had a great night for the awards and hot pot supper which was well attended, there must have been about 100 members enjoying the evening. We must all give thanks to Jeff Chambers from Blackpool and Preston VMCC section for handing out the awards, thanks Jeff for a brilliant job.
