Boxing day 2019 meet at Farmer’s Arms, Parbold

  There was a good turn out of about 80 odd bikes for the Boxing Day meeting at the Farmer’s Arms pub in Parbold again this year despite the cold & rain. Everyone seemed to go in to the pub for a bacon roll and a cup of tea or coffee, so the landlord must have been happy with the business he got. Awards night & hot pot supper

  Well I think everyone had a great night for the awards and hot pot supper which was well attended, there must have been about 100 members enjoying the evening. We must all give thanks to Jeff Chambers from Blackpool and Preston VMCC section for handing out the awards, thanks Jeff for a brilliant job. The Junction Pub 3rd Bike Show & Thundersqueak 2019

The 3rd Junction Classic bike show went ahead despite the poor weather we had a reasonable turn out, although there were quite a number who left their bikes at home and came in their cars. However, I’m sure they all enjoyed the show for a cup of tea, bacon butty and a chat with like mined people. Classic TT & Manx GP

There was a good turnout of Northwest members for this years Classic TT . We also met up with our colleagues from other local Sections, Blackpool, Cheshire and N/Wales, South Manchester, EastLancs and Central Lancs. Its nice to know the camaraderie is as strong between us despite the goings on at HQ. Also with us was our friend and colleague from Western Australia Geoff Coole. Rivington Lower Barn ride out 15th August 2019

Adrian of Central Lancs VMCC section arranged a ride out to Rivington Lower Barn on Thursday 15th August 2019 and invited other VMCC North West sections. There were about 20 to 30 bikes who attended enjoying a chat and a cup of tea. Although the weather was changeable it was still a good turn out. Juncstock

The first ever Juncstock was a success with lovely weather throughout and raising over £500 for the charity Mind which is supporting people with mental health issues.
