A community built on history, friendship, and the open road

Founded in 1947, the North West Section of the VMCC is one of the oldest and largest branches of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club.
With over 10,000 members nationwide, the VMCC brings together enthusiasts who share a passion for the engineering brilliance and vision of the early motorcycle pioneers. Thanks to their dedication, these machines are not left as static museum pieces – they are ridden, displayed, and celebrated, allowing new generations to admire their craftsmanship while giving older riders the chance to relive memories of the bikes they once knew.
And don’t be misled by the word “Vintage”! While we honour the earliest motorcycles, our community welcomes anyone with an interest in machines over 25 years old – and many members also enjoy modern bikes in their collections. Whatever your age, experience, or whether you own a motorcycle or not, you’ll find a warm welcome in our club.
