VMCC 75th Anniversary Celebrations, Junction pub Sunday 19th September 2021

Well that was good, what a great turn out to the North West Sections 75th Anniversary Celebrations bike show at the Junction pub on Sunday. I would like to thank all those who attended the event and especially all those who worked so hard to make it happen. I think everyone must have enjoyed it and it was great to have a cup of tea and a bacon roll while chatting with friends we haven’t seen for months due to the pandemic. The VMCC Brough and Dreadnaught created a lot of interest along with many of the exhibited bikes whether they were small tiddlers or racing bikes, there was something for everyone.
We were fortunate to take enough from entry fees to cover our costs, so that’s good. I must also thank all the marshals etc who helped with collecting entry fees, directing traffic and organising the display of bikes and ride outs, all of which went well. We were also fortunate to have great weather as a whole with just a short shower which didn’t affect things due the marquee facility. It was absolutely fabulous. Thanks again to everyone who helped and attended this fantastic event. 👏👏👏👏
